Follow in His footsteps

Needed:
These printouts: FEET 1, FEET 2, FEET 3 (cut each foot out individually)
A picture of the Savior
Scriptures

Lesson:
Show the picture of Jesus. What does it mean to follow in the footsteps of the Savior? (be like he is).

If we follow in his footsteps, we can return to Him and Heavenly Father

(Place the picture of Jesus on a table or standing against something on the floor. Pull out the first foot and put it a distance away from the picture on the floor. Read the scripture on the foot)

What does this scripture say we need to do in order to get closer to the Savior?

Have someone stand on the foot. Put the next foot down (a little closer to the picture).

(Continue to lay down the feet until it makes a path to the Savior. Have the volunteer walk closer to the picture as the group figures out how to follow in the footsteps of Jesus).

Bare your testimony that if we follow the commandments by walking in His footsteps,  we will grow closer to the Savior
