Christ Feeds the Multitudes
 

Needed:
Red Swedish Fish or Goldfish (edible, made by Pepperidge Farms).

Lesson:
Ask the kids if they are ready for the treat, and when the say yes, put out one Swedish fish. Explain that that is all you have. (Keep a few fish up your sleeve).

Tell or read the story in Matthew 14:16-21.   

As you tell the story, let the fish drop out on to the plate one at a time. When the the story is over, you should have a plate full of fish to eat.

Talk about the blessings of faith that we can receive just as they did who believed in Christ.
