S	"S" Represents STOP! Before you act, stop. Don't do it yet. Just pause long enough to do the other steps.

A	"A" Represents ASK! As yourself if the consequence will be worth it.
D	"D" represents DO! After thinking and asking, do the right thing. this step is very important. This will decide who is in control, the want monster or you.
