Cut out around the edges of the steeple. Fold along each light grey VERTICAL line to make the steeple and octagon shape.

Fold and glue the side tab to the other side to make a tube. Glue the tips of the two rectangle (on the top of the steeple) on the outside. Fold them down into the steeple so it looks like a dome.

Fold the mini tabs (on the bottom) out and glue them down onto the small roof.
