Had a great old time with this
one. At first I thought it was going to be a serious and
archaic read (hey, look at the cover). Location--modern
Aaaa...h, then the fun began.
I was tickled pink by Precious Ramotswe, dress size 22, inheritor of
her beloved Father's estate, proprietor of the first and only
Ladies' Detective Agency. You will be taken in by her
unyieldingly honest pursuits, cut-to-the-chase techniques, and
delicate ways with disturbed clientele.
I, a sleuth of sorts, was
caught red-handed making incorrect estimations of the outcome of
each case, the book itself and the wonderful country of Botswana.
Go ahead, pick it up!
It's quick! Oops, did I mention it is comes in a series of
books that you cannot put down once you start? I liken this
phenomena to watching the A&E series of Pride and Prejudice (aka:
